Role Overview:
We are seeking an IT Graduate to support and develop IT systems that improve our disability services. In this role, you’ll assist in the management of software applications, troubleshoot IT issues, data and system analysis, and help implement new technologies that empower both our team and the individuals we serve. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive and rewarding work environment that makes a real difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Help manage databases, ensuring data security and integrity
- Support the development of accessible digital solutions for clients and staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT infrastructure and services
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends, particularly those relevant to the disability services sector
- Ability to travel when/where required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with IT networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and software applications
- Passion for using technology to improve the lives of others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
