We are expanding across Tasmania and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth.
🚀 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving participant growth, building referral partnerships, and promoting Nova’s values and services throughout Tasmania.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships with LACs, Support Coordinators, healthcare professionals, and community organisations.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement local growth strategies.
- Represent Nova at expos, forums, and community events.
- Collaborate with the intake team to support smooth onboarding of new NDIS participants.
- Conduct regular market analysis and provide feedback on emerging trends and competitor activity.
- Meet monthly KPIs related to participant intake and partnership development.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or community engagement—preferably within the NDIS, healthcare, or disability sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and participant pathways.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
